Which nearby areas do you serve?
Lake Oswego, Oregon City, Tualatin, Wilsonville, and the full Portland metro. West Linn is squarely inside our core service area.
Cable or glass for a summit view deck?
Glass gives the cleanest possible view and blocks wind, which matters on an exposed summit lot. Cable costs less and still keeps the outlook largely open. If the view is the main reason you bought the house, most owners go glass on that elevation and cable elsewhere.
How do you handle a stairwell that climbs three levels?
We build it flight by flight to the measurements taken on site, then detail the transitions at each landing so the whole stairwell reads as one system. Long runs are where post placement shows most.
Can cable railings follow a deck that steps down a slope?
Yes, and stepped decks are standard West Linn work. We measure every level change and set the posts so the cable runs resolve cleanly at each step instead of fighting the slope. That post layout is the difference between a deliberate-looking railing and an awkward one.
