Well past Newberg. Dundee, the Dundee Hills, Ribbon Ridge, and the Chehalem Mountain properties are all inside our service area, along with the metro back toward Portland.
Do you work with wineries and tasting rooms?
Yes. Terrace railings, mezzanines, and interior runs for hospitality spaces are regular work out here, alongside residential projects.
Cable or glass for a vineyard view?
Glass gives the most complete view and calms the breeze. Cable costs less, adds a bit of texture that suits wine country's mixed materials, and lets the air move through. Many properties out here use both, glass on the main elevation and cable elsewhere.
Can you handle a terrace railing that runs the whole face of the house?
Yes, and long runs are where post placement really shows. We measure the full terrace, set the posts to it, and tension the cable so the lines stay straight end to end. Any waver on a run that long is visible from the whole valley side of the property.
